Return & Exchange Policy – Senerita
At Senerita, your satisfaction means everything to us. If for any reason you’re not fully happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process to ensure peace of mind.
When Can You Return a Product?
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The product is unused
- The product is unopened
- The item is in its original, undamaged packaging
We are unable to accept returns on used skincare products due to hygiene and safety concerns.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards and free samples
- Opened or used skincare products
Damaged or Incorrect Products:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include a photo of the item and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund immediately, at no extra charge.
How to Initiate a Return:

- Include your order number, a brief explanation, and photos if applicable
- Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with next steps
When Will You Receive Your Refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll process the refund within 5–7 business days via the original payment method. You’ll be notified once it’s done.
